İLKE ARCHITECTURE, as a young, productive, dynamic team with its architects, construction engineers, interior designers and topographical engineers, aims to be a modern and distinctive company.

OUR GOALS

-To analyse the point to which the practice of architecture in Turkey has come and to make a statement with the right criticism we bring to it.

– To contribute to our country in general perspective and to the environment we inhabit in local scale; at one of the main sectors of a developing country.

– To attach importance to the usage of renewable energies; to be an example in constructing with respect to the environment.

– While following the latest trends in our profession, to do original creations that can surpass them in the stance of time.

– Utilitas (Utility), Firmitas (Stability), Venustas (Beauty) are not only the principles of our profession but also the principles of ours.

In a project where the functions are fully resolved, to make our projects without compromising in the esthetics the stability that are suitable for that solution.

OUR PROJECT PRINCIPLE

– The employer and user requests, the relationship with them is the primary step for our projects to achieve the right goal. In order to meet the needs of the employer, the design is made by correctly analysing the criteria like budget, objective, timing and by optimizing with the requirements of the architectural profession. We believe that the correct understanding of these criteria and reflecting them to the project is the basic requirement for satisfaction.

– Another key element to the process of design and production is teamwork. Nowadays, many modern structures emerge from the collaboration between architecture and many other groupes of profession. This collaboration and coordination is executed by our team in a complete manner.

– Project process is too intricate to leave unattended and has to be controlled systematically for a successful result. Our team works in such rigorous manner from the first meeting to delivery date. Certain rational and esthetic alternatives are created by passing the information, provided by our employer, through the filter of related disciplines. 3D presentations are made for these alternatives to be understood well by the employer and for right choices to be made. After a design, intended for purpose, is selected with the employer the project layouts which will facilitate the application and provide success for the product will be delivered to the implementation units with the right selection of materials and in high standards.
